An AI Dungeon Master Runs a Halloween D&D Whodunit | TableForge

The queue at Caraway & Daughters curls through the festival square, all cinnamon sweetness, fixed smiles, and customers who seem determined not to blink. "Pumpkin Spice and Everything Vice" is a free autumn adventure on TableForge, shown here on the real play screen as an AI dungeon master runs it. Marrowvale's harvest festival has fallen for the Gourdial, a spiced cordial nobody can stop drinking, and a third of the town is sprouting vines or wearing gourd-grins that never move. Three adventurers join the queue: Corvin the bard, who drinks first and asks questions later; Vessa, a former con artist who knows a hook when she tastes one; and Grusk, who is very large and very good at listening. Around the play screen, a paper storybook acts out the big moments using the exact words the game spoke at the table, with the real rolls taped into the margins. Who's behind it all? We stop just before the answer. You can find out yourself. 🎲 D&D 5e with a real rules engine: skill checks, DCs and dice rolled by the game, natural 1s and natural 20s included 🗺️ A battle map for every scene, with tokens that move as the story does 🗣️ Thrain narrates, and every character speaks in their own voice 📜 A journal that tracks quests and leads as the mystery unfolds 🧙 Every plan includes Thrain as your Dungeon Master ▶ Start it free at https://tableforge.gg (no card required) Solo or with friends.
