The $100 Sears boat is finally going back together! In Part 3 of the restoration, I start rebuilding the structure of this 1964 Sears 15' Deluxe Runabout. I program my CNC router and cut a completely new transom and stringer system from 1-1/2" Coosa composite board, then fit everything into the hull and fiberglass it permanently in place.
