[WR] Wii Play - Platinum Medals Speedrun in 57:43 AND Tanks 20 in 6:22.117

57 IS REAL IN ONE PLATS SESSION WHAT WHAT WHAT when i achieved 58:30, which i always regarded as my greatest speedrunning achievement, i said i'd only return if Billiards was a little more reliable to get runs going, and Table Tennis had some kind of RNG manip. we now have Billiards double jump shots (not used in this run) and the Table Tennis ball position probabilities as a result of the decomp, so those conditions had been met. i came back for ONE session to promote the 2026/2027 Plats bounty, and got 57:43. i can't believe it. anyway, the bounty - there is now a $157.43 bounty for the first person to beat the Plats WR. there are also smaller bounties for other times, $58.30 for sub hour, $30 for sub 1:05:00, $20 for sub 1:10:00, and $10 for sub 3:00:00. these close at the end of 2027 or once $1,000 total has been claimed. the WR bounty is separate and will remain in place until claimed. THE RUN - 2 break Billiards (1:17 split) that only continued due to a trickshot - 9 fish Fishing with frames to spare - 6:22.117 TANKS 20 WR??? - Tanks Plat was mid especially m6 but we ball, no FPDs - Find Mii was much cleaner than the last PB - Table Tennis saved about 14s because i can afford to risk it a lot more now, since the ball will only go left or middle for 170-199 points when holding the paddle middle-right - the remaining games were fine - and finally Pose Mii was my best ever, i've never even been close to the level 13 exit and yet i was 5 points away here. maybe i push for 56? maybe i leave this here? at the moment i don't have the answer to those questions because i'm still trying to process that this even happened at all https://www.speedrun.com/wii_play SOCIALS Twitch:   / smmidi   Discord:   / discord   Bluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/smmidi.bsky....
