Who Invented the Gods of Ancient Egypt?

Long before the pyramids dominated the desert, before pharaohs filled temples with their names, and before Egypt’s religious stories were written down, people were already treating death, animals, the Nile, and the changing seasons as if they carried meanings beyond everyday life. So where did the gods actually come from? In this video, we travel back to the earliest roots of ancient Egypt, when there was no neat pantheon of Ra, Osiris, Anubis, or Hathor written down for us to read.
