Career path as a Highly Sensitive Person

The struggle of finding a suitable career as a highly sensitive person is real. Its all just too much! In this video I share my own experience of trying to cope with a "regular job" and how academic studies burned me out. I share things which I have picked up along the way, along with aspects which I believe are important for a sensitive person. The question echoes in my head: What on earth should I do?! I have been trying to find myself the past few years and finding out that there is something called High Sensitivity became an eye opener for me. It allows me to understand why I have been struggling so much and how I need to approach things in life in order to survive. It is however not an easy task to understand the pros and cons of being sensitive. I hope this video can at least help you to understand that you are not alone in feeling "wrong".
