What Happens to Your Amazon Returns?

Your refund arrives. But where does the product go next? We follow the possible routes beyond an Amazon return: resale, wholesale liquidation, donation, repair, recycling, and disposal. We also explain what those routes mean for the next person buying an open-box or used product. There is no single destination for every return. This episode examines documented programs, rather than tracking an individual package. Commonly Overlooked. The stories behind everyday life.
