Dr. Gönenç Gürkaynak, our founding partner and head of ELIG Gürkaynak’s competition law and regulatory team, spoke at the 4th International Mergers Conference panel entitled “Developments of New Theories of Harm in Merger Reviews” organised by Concurrences in partnership with University College London on May 23, 2023.
