The Reach Out Story – Part 6: 2014 Year in Review The year 2014 marked another important chapter in the story of Reach Out. Ministry continued in the new church building, providing a place where worship, discipleship, fellowship, and outreach could continue to flourish. As the church grew, the ministry also began looking beyond its own congregation by helping equip other church leaders. In 2014, Reach Out launched ROLE – Reach Out Leaders’ Enhancement, a training program designed to help develop and strengthen church leaders. The program was attended not only by leaders from Reach Out but also by church leaders from various churches. The church also began facilitating various seminars and training activities, creating opportunities for pastors, leaders, and ministry workers to learn, grow, and become more effective in serving God and His people. Looking back at 2014, we see how God was expanding the ministry—from reaching people in the local community to equipping leaders and serving the wider body of Christ.
