Vinson Cole - "La fleur que tu m'avais jetée" CARMEN (Bizet) 1995

The great American tenor, Vinson Cole, visited Australia many times to perform Don José (two seasons), Werther, Cavaradossi, Faust (two seasons), Hoffmann and the title role in DON CARLO for Opera Australia. From his debut season with the national company in September 1995, Vinson Cole sings Don José's aria - "La fleur que tu m'avais jetée" preceded by his entrance in Act Two. The Carmen in this production is Australian mezzo-soprano, Suzanne Johnston and the conductor is Roderick Brydon.
