Scrubs 'Keith's 'spontaneous' proposal'

The end of 'My Cold Shower' (s06e19). Personally.. I love the very end of it, because although it was predictable, Zach's expression is so perfect it makes it seem like a shock. The music playing, by the way, is 'Stolen' by Dashboard Confessional.
