Before You Pray, Be Still: The Silence That Turns Prayer Into Power | Joel S. Goldsmith

Before You Pray, Be Still: The Silence That Turns Prayer Into Power | Joel S. Goldsmith Before you PRAY, enter STILLNESS. This teaching reveals why TRUE PRAYER is not anxious asking, mental planning, or trying to persuade GOD to manage outer effects. PRAYER becomes POWER when the lips close, the mind grows quiet, and the soul becomes receptive to the WORD OF GOD within. In the SECRET PLACE, GOD is not distant. The HOLY SPIRIT leads, governs, and imparts truth beyond panic, personal will, and human effort. BE STILL AND KNOW is not passivity; it is SPIRITUAL ALIGNMENT. Even two minutes of SILENT PRAYER can begin to reorder your hours under the GOVERNMENT OF GOD.
