Vauxhall Opel combo campervan micro camper for sale with Mike Edge

This video is about the conversion and sale of my micro campervan Welcome to the sale of my Vauxhall Combo 1.7 dti camper van. This van came to me as a straight mechanically sound van, I wanted to convert it to a micro camper, this is my end result. I have serviced this van to the nth degree, to ensure it would be able to tour Europe without trouble. I wanted the freedom of the road, ability to travel anywhere with our bikes on top and a bed to rest, this is my very simple yet effective solution. This vehicle drives brilliantly, its economical, very smooth, quiet and easy to drive, just the ticket for a long road trip. We have been out in her and it all works well, the bed is hard but I think comfortable, it extends out to a cosy 1 metre wide double and is 2” shy of 6ft long. there is a 2 ring gas hob and new gas bottle included in the sale. This is a very simple conversion however what more do we really want? I wanted simple and it works well for me, bottle water to wash and drink, bucket toilet too! The vehicle data - Vauxhall Combo 1.7 dci First registered 24/09/2003 MOT due date - 18th May 2019 Mileage - 153000 4 previous keepers 4 very good tyres under the car -5/6mm tread depth. Tow bar fitted Bespoke roof rack fitted with 2 bicycle stand racks Service and MOT works just carried out - Every filter replace. Engine oil replaced Cam-belt kit replaced, including the oil pump, it was leaving. Auxiliary belt replaced Front brake pads replaced Replaced the 2 rear brake hoses and metal pipes Cleaned and adjusted rear brakes Replaced brake fluid Replaced rear exhaust box As I hope you can see this vehicle should drive well and serve its new owner well. The conversion has been carried out by myself, all materials are new and work well. I have fitted a glass sliding door for ease of driving, light in the back and ventilation when asleep. The vehicle was damaged at some point, it is marked on the log book as uneconomical repair, however this must have been reasonably early in its life as the last owner hadn’t repaired it and he owned the car since 2010, I hope my pictures show a lovely straight car.
