PMDD update since my last update only 10 days ago! Sadly I spoke too soon in that last video because of course the symptoms hit me like a ton of bricks literally the day after posting😭fml. I don’t think the Sertraline has kicked in fully clearly with how heavy the negative emotions were. On the bright side had an unbelievable holiday in Rome , with lovely sights and unreal food, with the best company. …I’m hoping now the travels have stopped my period might like to appear so I can get out this weird phase.
