Shameless Hypocrisy of King Charles and Earl Spencer on Diana

Earl Spencer has been denounced as a hypocrite after reporters at the Sun surfaced a 1998 interview in which he vowed he would never make money from his sister’s death. In the documentary, Diana: My Sister, The Princess, broadcast a year after the Paris car crash that killed the Princess of Wales, the earl said: “Can you imagine anybody making a profit out of their brother or sister’s death? I mean it’s so low it’s inconceivable … I’ll never profit from Diana’s death.”
