In Episode 30 of Last Bear Standing, we're setting our sights on crafting the powerful M60 Turrets, but there's still one thing standing between us and our next major defensive upgrade. 📚 TWO MORE ELECTRICAL TRAP BOOKS! Before we can start building, we need to finish unlocking the technology. Fortunately, there's a supply drop waiting for us from the previous day. And wouldn't you know it... 📦 JACKPOT! The final two books we need are sitting inside! With our research complete, it's time to gather the resources to make these new defenses a reality. But first, we've got a skyscraper to raid. 🏗️ DOOMINIUM TOWER! We head into this massive construction skyscraper looking for loot, supplies, and anything else worth dragging back to the base. 🏢 Construction Site Exploration 🧟 Zombie Encounters 📦 Valuable Loot 🔫 More Survival Chaos After finishing our raid, it's time to get down to the dirty work. ⛏️ LEAD AND IRON MINING! Normally, gathering resources would be a fairly straightforward job. But NOT with our new V3.3 difficulty settings! We've increased enemy density to VERY HIGH, and the zombies aren't giving us a moment of peace. Within SECONDS of starting our mining operation... 🧟 ZOMBIES EVERYWHERE! The hordes start swarming our position, turning a simple mining expedition into another fight for survival. ⛏️ Mine the Ore ⚡ Fight the Zombies 💀 Clear the Area ⛏️ GET BACK TO MINING! And they just keep coming! But we're not leaving until we've gathered enough lead and iron to get our new defenses underway. With our inventory loaded down, we make a quick stop at Trader Bob to sell off the junk and turn some of our unwanted loot into Dukes. Then it's back home. 🔥 Fire up the forges! ⚙️ Smelt the resources! 🔩 Gather the components! 🔫 LET'S BUILD SOME M60 TURRETS! Our fallpit horde base has already proven it can handle the Blood Moon, but with the difficulty climbing every week, we're going to need more than a good design to survive what's coming.
