'Gator By The Bay' festival brings Louisiana spice to San Diego

Louisiana’s famous music, grub and lifestyle are coming to San Diego once again. KPBS reporter Jacob Aere says it will feel like Mardi Gras in May at the 21st annual Gator By the Bay festival.
