Technology itself is not the enemy; the way we use it requires vivek, niyam and spiritual guidance. The session connects excessive screen consumption with attention, children and youth, social-media algorithms, inappropriate content, relationships, and the importance of keeping Bhagwan and Satsang at the centre of life. Screens in our hands… but where is our mind going? In today's digital world, smartphones, social media, Reels, YouTube and AI have become an inseparable part of our lives. This insightful session explores how excessive and uncontrolled screen time can affect our focus, habits, relationships, children, youth and ultimately our spiritual journey. Through relatable examples, research-based discussion, personal experiences and inspiring incidents from Satsang, the session encourages us to use technology with vivek (discretion) rather than becoming controlled by it. The session also highlights the importance of developing self-discipline, healthy digital habits and conscious use of technology—while keeping Bhagwan, Bhajan, Puja and Satsang at the centre of our lives. It reminds us that we don't necessarily need to abandon technology; instead, we need to learn how to use it purposefully and set the right boundaries. A key message throughout the session is the importance of Bhagwati guidance, GuruHari's Agna and the company of Satsang in strengthening our inner discipline. When we openly share our struggles, accept guidance and follow even one meaningful niyam with sincerity, it can become a powerful step toward transformation and living according to our Swadharma. Let us use technology as a tool—not allow it to become our master. May we develop the vivek to choose what we watch, what we consume, how we use our devices, and where we allow our mind to go. #SwadharmNiSuvas #HariPrabodhamMumbai #ScreenTime #DigitalWellbeing #SocialMediaAddiction #Swadharma #Satsang #GuruHari #JaySwaminarayan #SpiritualJourney #YouthSatsang #DigitalDiscipline #MindfulTechnology #Bhajan #Bhagwan #Vivek #SpiritualGrowth #YuvatiMandal #HariPrabodham
