Supreme Sauce Chicken - Chef Thomas Keller's Sauce Supreme, Chicken, Scallops, Gnocchi

Today, I made Supreme Sauce Chicken, a chicken dish using Chef Thomas Keller's Sauce Supreme! This time I paired it with gnocchi that I've made previously and scallops. The recipe for the sauce supreme comes from The French Laundry, and Per Se cookbook. You might realize that it's similar to the video I've made previously testing out Chef Thomas Keller's 3 Michelin star sauce recipe. That time, I made the dish just wanting to taste the sauce supreme; chicken was very purely chicken without any added spice or flavors, as well as the vegetables. This time however, I wanted to do more. I designed a dish using the sauce supreme as the core component of the dish! I liked how it came out and it certainly was as tasty as I remember!
