Hallelujah and Halo

This song was part of a charity event one Friday evening at the Church of St Mary and All Saints in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, England. It was not part of a church service. The church asked the choirs to come and sing in the church and the money raised was shared equally between the church and the local charities that these choirs support. The choir is made up of a group of local choirs from parts of North Derbyshire, North Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire led by their then choirmaster Tom Rigby. Tom started each of these choirs from zero under the umbrella of the UK’s national choir organisation, Rock Choir. See www.rockchoir.com for more information. Tom has now moved on because of family commitments, but these choirs have another great choir leader and their numbers continue to grow. They often perform for the public to raise money for charity.
