Il est doux, il est bon" Renée Fleming sings Salome's aria "Il est doux" from Massenet's opera Herodiade. This is the score's most lyrical aria and famous portion. There are a few unfortunate skips in the recording, but I thought it still worth posting as this is another example of Fleming's mastery in this repertoire.
