TWO TRU RARE ALABAI - 2020 AQHA GELDING - HEAD HORSE/ALL-AROUND PROSPECT

“Al” is a 2020 AQHA Gelding, perfect all-around size at just over 15.1 hands. He’s a nice 6year old prospect with lots of blue sky and a solid head horse foundation. He's cruising a nice barrel pattern as well. Al is kind as they come and personable, but best suited for a competent rider with confidence. This stout and pretty gelding has correct conformation and good feet. He meets you at the gate and is good in a herd setting. Al has been doctored on and branded on but we feel he’s best suited to the arena. He really shines on the head side and wants to score, run, pull and face. He’s athletic and has plenty of speed. He has more go than whoa, but can ride in the bridle and gear down. Has a good turn around, neck reins and can change leads and has a solid handle. He’s running live cattle on the head and heel side. Has breakawayed some on slow cattle and just needs more runs to get a better pattern there. Started on the barrel pattern and is happy to go the speed you want, has a cool move, but hasn’t been pushed. We raised this nice gelding and know all of the things! He can be sensitive but can also handle pressure and is broke enough to keep him in your hand if he’s unsure of something. Hasn’t had a lot of outside hauling but is great to practice on at home and can handle multiple full contact runs and keep scoring good. Al’s ready to continue his education and finish your way.
