Come along for a normal day. I ride from home to Piece of Paradise in Seseh, our 20 unit building about 800 metres from the beach, then over to the Segara site office and finish with a coffee in the village. On the way you'll see how we keep damp out of the ground with an asphalt membrane and drainage under the foundation, the 8 mm UPVC sliding doors and the composite decking we use, and the bedroom walls I'm sending back to be redone because they're not flat yet. You'll also see the TV wall that turns, so one TV works from the sofa and the bed. Most of our buyers live overseas, so I also show how they follow the build from home with weekly updates, progress videos and a live camera on site. Then there's the temporary Segara office we built from steel beams we can reuse, the view over the Segara site, and a putting contest on the roof that I'd rather not talk about. If you're building in Bali, send us your BOQ before you sign and we'll show you what's really in it.
