I’m not competing in the 2026 Olympia.

One of the hardest decisions of my career, making the decision to not compete in this years @mrolympiallc .. A hard decision to make, a hard post to share but one I feel is true to me, my values, my journey, my health, my future & my longevity in the sport.. 💭🥲⭕️ As always, thank you to @marc__hector, @megsylvestercielen & the very few people who have known about my decision over the last two weeks. Your support, understanding & belief in me has truly meant more than you’ll ever know. 🤍 As difficult as this decision has been, I’m genuinely excited for what’s ahead. I have a lengthy improvement phase ahead of me with plenty of work to do, & the Olympia dream for 2027 is still very much in my heart & on my mind. ✨ &.. if you’re someone who is faced with a difficult decision of your own right now, have faith in yourself. Sometimes choosing what’s right for you in the long term means walking away from something you desperately want in the short term. It might not make sense right now.. but one day it will. You’ve got this, just like me 🫶 Lastly, i want to wish every single athlete who has qualified this year the absolute best of luck. You should already be incredibly proud regardless of the outcome, qualifying for the Olympia is such a huge achievement, enjoy every single moment of it. After experiencing my first Olympia last year, I now understand just how special this moment is. I’ll be rooting for every one of you, & I genuinely cannot wait to watch you all step on that stage living your dream & inspiring not just my self but others in this industry who have the same dreams. 🥹🙏 #theolympiadream 🇬🇧✨
