Def Leppard - Mirror Mirror - Live L.A. Forum '83 (Steve Clark - Guitar Cover)

A good friend of mine has lent me a Gibson XR-1, the same type of model Steve played in the Photograph and Foolin' videos and also for the Pyromania tour. This guitar is HEAVY, and I now have a new found appreciation for what a slender Steve could do with one of these swung low, making all his theatrical shapes, playing his intricate chords and melodies. With Dirty Finger pickups and a coil tap switch, I thought I would try to do more of Steve's parts from the L.A. Forum show in '83, this time with one of my favourites, Mirror Mirror. I've always loved how Steve played the 'solo' here, turning harmony guitars into double stops. I hope you enjoy! :) Check out my other Steve playlists here -    • Steve Clark - Live L.A. '83   and here -    • Steve Clark - Live 'In The Round'   I'm very lucky to be playing a Gibson XR-1, into my Boss Me50, into my Palmer Speaker Sim into my Focusrite Scarlett, recording onto Logic. F.A.Q. My headphones are purposely like that so the cable stays out the way. I have a Patreon where I upload my notation notes for all my new covers and I am going through my old ones too. But I also provide custom notation and video lessons content there or at my bwmguitarlessons@gmail.com address. Please get in touch if you want help playing the music you love.   / bwm5150
