Buckskin Lake - P1 - What's in our Packs with Church of the Single Blade

In August, I went on a canoe trip with Church of the Single Blade's Kirsten and had a blast! We spent a few nights on Buckskin Lake, made a whats in our pack video, had a fun single vs double blade race, ate some tasty food and shared lots of interesting gear tips. We saw some lovely scenery, cool wildlife and prepared for stormy weather. It was an awesome time spent in the backwoods with a lovely human and I'm so happy we found time to do this, this summer. Hope you enjoy the adventure. The canoe I'm paddling in 2025 is an H2O Solo 14-6 in the Epoxy Pro Series Prolite Carbon: It has carbon integrated gunwales, epoxy resin, a carbon outer skin and kevlar inner layers. It weighs approximately 32 lbs. This canoe was created to celebrate H2O's 20th Anniversary displaying the standard 20th anniversary symbols of asters, platinum and emeralds. There are also 10 asters per side, totalling 20, to represent the years H2O Canoe Company has been in business.
