Earth Tower - BROAD Debuts a New Holon Building in UAE, partnered with the Burj Khalifa Developer

Introducing the latest BROAD Holon volumetric modular high-rise building: "Earth Tower," a 16 story multifamily tower contracted by Eagle Hills Properties, part of the Emaar Group which developed the Burj Khalifa Tower. The 259 modules took just 30 days to manufacture, and the hoisting and installation of the modules took just 96 hours! With a unique bolting system enabling the construction of 3+ floors per day, and a range of energy saving materials and technologies that slash energy consumption, the Holon system offers a new paradigm for high-rise multifamily building construction to accelerate housing delivery.
