Palestinian bodybuilder Ahmad Fayyad, a father of two, is seen inside his damaged home in the Gaza Strip. Fayyad was shot while heading to obtain aid from distribution centers run by U.S.-backed organizations, leaving his right hand impaired and preventing him from continuing his work and bodybuilding. On World Rehabilitation Day, he appeals for assistance to travel outside Gaza for surgery and rehabilitation in hopes of returning to work, sport and supporting his family.
