Having a great idea does not mean it needs to happen right now. And an important project does not necessarily mean you need to be the one implementing it. In this video, I’m sharing a simple four-part implementation checklist for leaders who have plenty of ideas but limited capacity to bring all of them to life at once. We’ll look at how to: Prioritize: Decide whether an idea truly matters right now. Place it: Determine when it realistically fits based on current commitments, team capacity, and your own decision-making bandwidth. Assign it: Identify what AI, an assistant, a team member, or a specialist can own. Check your role: Make sure you haven’t delegated the work while remaining the bottleneck for every decision and approval. As your business or organization grows, capacity is not just about the number of hours available. Even delegated projects can create mental load when every question, decision, and approval still comes back to you. The goal is to create real ownership so your important ideas can move forward without everything depending on you. Ready to explore how Melissa Swink & Co. could support you and your organization?
