Dyson Cancer Centre

In April 2024, the Dyson Cancer Centre at the Royal United Hospitals Bath welcomed its first patients. Since then, the centre has cared for around 340 patients a day, carried out 60 clinical trials and 4000 gamma CT scans, all delivered by an outstanding team of 275 staff. The new centre creates a supportive and therapeutic environment, using art, sculpture and design, natural light, open spaces, and noise reduction technology to reduce stress and anxiety and bring nature inside for patients, staff, and families.
