Leihlo la Sechaba: Entrepreneurship

We profile two young people who graduated from the University of Johannesburg Centre for Small Business Development(CSBD). One started a cake business from his parents’ home and today supplies big stores and has a business in Ekuruleni and Roodepoort. The Minister in charge of Small Business Development explains what government is doing to assist entrepreneurs and opportunities her department is offering young people. We visit some of the projects the department is involved with. Leihlo la Sechaba, (Sotho for Eye of the Nation) is an investigative programme where journalists investigate topics of interest, developmental stories, corruption, crime and where possible, discover the truth.
