At the edge of the Arctic, there’s a place that only exists in paintings... until you arrive. In February, I travelled from India to Lofoten, Norway: four flights, an overnight stop in Oslo, a crossing of the Arctic Circle, and a tiny propeller plane to Leknes. This is what a week in the winter wonderland looked like: red cabins in the blue hour, a blizzard at Flakstad Church, frozen shores, sunrises over Reine, and the old fishing village of Nusfjord. PLACES IN THIS VIDEO Leknes · Flakstad Church · Reine · Nusfjord · Lofoten Islands, Arctic Norway TRAVEL NOTES • Best for: winter landscapes, photography, and slow travel • Season: February (short days, snow, cold) • Getting there: Delhi → Helsinki → Oslo → Bodø → Leknes • Logistics & Photography support: Darter Photography GEAR DJI Osmo Pocket 3 · iPhone 16 · Edited in Adobe Premiere Pro Music generated with Adobe Firefly. If you’ve ever wondered whether Lofoten is really this beautiful, tell me in the comments what you’d like to see next, and subscribe for more journeys. #Lofoten #Norway #ArcticNorway #TravelVlog #CinematicTravel #Reine #WinterTravel
