Alan Cash | International ME/CFS Conference 2025: Anhydrous Enol-Oxaloacetate Treatment of ME/CFS

Alan Cash presented an efficacy study by his company Terra Biological LLC on oxaloacetate in ME/CFS and Long COVID. In a pilot study, 76 ME/CFS patients showed an average 33% reduction in fatigue after 6 weeks.
