The SPSL30T offers a quality mix by taking ingredients directly from the pile or the bale, ensuring the same quality feed every day. The SPSL30T is robust enough to load frozen silage bales, but also capable of loading cornmeal or even the refusals from the barn floor. With available Load Halt, the SPSL30T can be programmed to only bring in what the ration calls for, automatically reducing the loading speed and stopping the loading conveyor once the desired amount is achieved. This removes one more variable in the feeding process, reducing shrink and any change from one load to the next. The SPSL30T is built with the same quality components and designs found in other Supreme processors. 1/4’’ AR200 walls, 5/8’’ AR200 Augers, 1’’ 44W Floor all come standard. With 2 Stage HD planetaries, the drivetrain is as robust and reliable as any Supreme pull type. What redefines longevity in the SPSL is the reduced wear and stress on the tub and augers. The SPSL brings in feed smoothly and the milling head does a large part in feed processing, reducing the friction, stress and processing requirements on the rest of the machine. The SPSL30T is equipped with hydrostatic 4 wheel drive, 4 wheel steering and crab steering mode, with a turning radius of 14’9’’. This makes the SPSL far more maneuverable than competitive chassis, making it easier and safer to get around the farm. With top speeds of 40km/24mph and a 150hp milling cutter with 111 knives, the SPSL30T travels and loads faster than conventional processors. With variable auger speeds up to 45RPM and a second auger sweep, it processes and unloads faster. The SPSL30T is equipped with an efficient 240HP FPT Tier 4 Diesel Motor. That motor combined with faster loading, processing and travel times and the elimination of a loading vehicle results in reduced fuel consumption and labour requirements on the farm.
