Commodore Plus/4 Fix - Part 3 : Chip Pins and Sockets clean up and testing

Hello there and welcome to the third instalment in a series of videos, following the return to working service of my Commodore Plus 4. Released in 1984 (so now 36 years ago, as of 2020), there are a number of common faults that could be stopping this computer from powering on, so the first thing we need to do, it get some power into this old 8-bit and do some testing.
