This week, Zoë and Annie kick our episode off by discussing movies and A-Listers taking up too much screen time in the year 2026, Netflix's new money-grab Thanksgiving football event, streaming companies generally trying to corner every single market, and Zoë issues an apology to Annie for dunking on her Shopping Cart Theory (stop taking away her little carts!). Then our gals dive into the King of Bravo, Andy Cohen, and his prolific career-- from daytime TV producing to radio DJing to book-writing-- and the immense fortune he has amassed from his years as an executive producer across tens of Bravo reality TV shows. Zoë and Annie open up an age-old discussion: does Andy really love women, or does he just see dollar signs with a nice (fake) rack? The ladies look at his legacy as a TV pioneer and the insight he has into the reality behind reality TV and say: Andy, send us $100k! Zoë and Annie then take things to a place of "right now", and look at, you guessed it, midterm election spending. What happens when a grassroots organization fundraises tens of millions of dollars for a progressive candidate, only to be financially swept by their opponents' disproportionate campaign donations that go, largely, towards political ads? Funded by individuals or industries that want a foot in the White House door? Does that even matter, or is the money wasted?
