I am painting a seascape in a loose style. It is a monochromatic painting. I explain how to achieve colour harmony, yet to keep the painting intresting. In full demonstration on Patreon I am explaining the sketch process, perspective, proportios, how to paint focal area, how to paint background and how to aproach a monocromatic scene. Also, this scene is a good subject to practice painting in layers (light tonal values first wash, middle tonal values and darks wet on dry as a second wash) and also connecting all the middle value shapes in one.
