It's not too difficult to get into Henri's apartment, as Laine answers the bell and George just threatens him in the same way he did before. Laine leaves, to his own disappointment, but Henri's wife Bijou seems happy for your (male) company. She seems genuinely upset by her husband's death just the same, but isn't really able to tell you anything useful. You can take a look around her apartment but the main thing you learn from Laine before he leaves is that Annette has indeed met the owner of Vera Security, described as an angry looking Russian. That she lied before is enough to get George to go back and break into Vera, via a puzzle in the electrical box to open the shutters. In the back room, you're able to find and piece together a letter confirming that Henri had a rather deeper relationship with Vera than first suspected, and the owner is called 'Mendovsky'. At this point, the unhinged and incompetent Navet turns up and arrests George. So, over to Nico, who's confirming some work matters with her editor and the story in the paper. She needs to interview the painting owner, meaning finding out who he is; fortunately for her, someone at that moment knocks on her door claiming to be the very man. Tiago Marquez is actually the child you saw in the opening scene of the Spanish civil war, able to supply a photograph showing that the photograph was in his family's possession. I would call him on the verge of being rude and definitely demanding! Nico sets him up to stay in her neighbour's apartment, and then goes in search of whom the gallery believe was the painting's owner, what with Marquez saying (accurately) that it was stolen. This takes her to the gallery; it's obviously sealed, but Laine is seated outside and lecherous as ever. We go for a sit down inside the office, and probably an attempted grope on his part, but we find out next time.
