How I Lost $50,000 Building a Group Practice | What I Wish I Knew Before Hiring Therapists

I lost approximately $50,000 while learning how to grow a group private practice, and it wasn’t because I didn’t know how to run a successful solo practice. My solo private practice systems worked for me. The problem was realizing that systems built for one therapist are not automatically built to support additional clinicians, supervision, training, payroll, billing, marketing, administration, and leadership. In this live conversation, I’m sharing some of the lessons I learned while transitioning from solo private practice into group practice ownership, including what I wish I had assessed before hiring.
