TUC Urges FG To Tackle Insecurity

The Trade Union Congress of Nigeria, TUC, has called on the Federal Government to intensify efforts to tackle insecurity across the country.TUC President, Comrade Festus Osifo, made the call in Abuja while briefing journalists at the end of the union's National Administrative Council, NAC, meeting.Osifo said the Council reviewed key developments affecting the economy, national security and the welfare of Nigerian workers, warning that the safety of lives and property must remain a top priority.He urged government to take decisive action to address the security challenges confronting the nation.
