Deadlock's AOE Slop Problem

Valve added 6 incredible new heroes to Deadlock in the City Never Sleeps update, but there's just one problem. 5 of the 6 new heroes have gigantic AoE ultimates, some of which are blatantly overpowered. When stacked with the existing roster of AoE ults, we are now in a meta where AoE slop dominates the game.
