The church becomes silent. The candles burn slowly. Nothing competes for attention. That is also an invitation for us. We spend so much of our lives surrounded by noise that silence can initially feel uncomfortable. But remain. Allow the noise inside you to settle. Place your worries before Christ. Your family. Your work. Your fears. Your decisions. Your gratitude. Your sins. Your hopes. Then stop speaking for a moment. And adore. 🙏 PRAYER BEFORE THE BLESSED SACRAMENT Lord Jesus Christ, I believe that You are truly present in the Most Holy Eucharist. I adore You. I thank You for Your love and for the gift of Your presence. I place before You everything I carry today: my joys and my worries, my family and my work, my weaknesses and my hopes, my past, my present and my future. Teach me to remain with You. When I am anxious, give me peace. When I am distracted, call my heart back to You. When I am discouraged, strengthen my faith. When I do not understand, teach me to trust. When I have nothing left to say, teach me simply to remain in Your presence. Jesus, make my heart more like Yours. May everything in my life lead me closer to You.
