Painting an Intricate Mahjong Tea Scene in Watercolor | Slow Studio Session

I’m painting a more intricate mahjong-inspired watercolor piece, building the scene slowly with layered details, small shapes, and lots of hand-painted texture. 🀄🎨 This one is less about speed and more about the satisfaction of watching all the tiny elements come together. I’m keeping the brushwork visible and letting the painting stay a little imperfect rather than polishing away every handmade mark. This is a quiet studio-style process video, so feel free to paint, work, cook, or make something of your own while I work through the piece. 🎨 Heather van der Dys ✨ Artist • Illustrator • Creative Technologist 🌿 Human-made art • wild whimsy • natural beauty #MahjongArt #WatercolorArt #ArtistProcess #HandmadeArt #WildWhimsy
