Queen Charlotte Track || 5 Day Hike

The Queen Charlotte Track is an incredible 72 km multi-day hike on New Zealand's South Island in the Marlborough Sounds. The coastal track winds through beautiful green forests, past inviting bays in every shade of blue. Traditionally walked in four or five days, the hike (or 'tramp' as Kiwis say) is broken up by department of conservation campsites, or if you prefer, hotels and lodges! We used the water taxi company Cougar Lines to shuttle our bags from stop to stop, meaning that we only had to carry our day packs while hiking, and the longest day was 'only' 25 kms.
