Is Five Daily Prayers in the Quran? | Qoyum & Abubakar Challenged on the Night Journey Claim | MSBABA, TANIOLORUN, YORUBAWUYI Qoyum and Abubakar joined the live to argue that the *five daily prayers* are clearly stated in the Quran. The discussion quickly moved to the popular claim that Muhammad traveled to heaven to receive the instruction for these prayers. This raised serious questions about sources, sequence, and whether this account comes directly from the Quran or from later narrations. As verses were examined, the conversation focused on separating *Quranic text* from **traditional stories**, asking where exactly the five daily prayers are outlined in the Quran and how the night journey explanation fits logically and scripturally. This episode encourages viewers to read carefully, verify claims, and distinguish between what is written in the Quran and what has been added through tradition over time. A calm but probing discussion about evidence, belief, and how religious practices are formed. Hashtags #QuranStudy #CriticalThinking #ThinkYorubaTV
