Ammar Shata, ED & CEO at Alkhabeer Capital commenting on the dividends payout for 2014

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – 22 February 2015: Alkhabeer Capital, a leading asset management and investment firm in Saudi Arabia, announced today that its Board of Directors approved the audited financial statement of 2014 and made a recommendation to the General Assembly to distribute cash dividends of SR 40.7 million to its shareholders for the fiscal year ended 31st December 2014, equivalent to SR 0.50 per share, or 5% of the share par value. The date of such distribution shall be announced following the approval of the Shareholders’ General Assembly. جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية: 22 فبراير 2015 أعلنت اليوم شركة الخبير المالية، المتخصصة في إدارة الأصول والخدمات الاستثمارية، اعتماد مجلس إدارة الشركة للقوائم المالية المدققة لعام 2014 مع رفع توصية للجمعية العمومية بتوزيع أرباح نقدية على مساهمي الشركة بقيمة إجمالية تبلغ 40.7 مليون ريال سعودي بواقع نصف ريال للسهم الواحد، أو ما يعادل 5% من القيمة الإسمية للسهم. وسيتم لاحقاً الإعلان عن تاريخ توزيع تلك الأرباح وذلك بعد الحصول على موافقة الجمعية العمومية للمساهمين.
