Our Alaska Bear Viewing Trip Got CANCELLED… But We Saw 4 Bears Anyway! 🐻 | Lake Clark, Alaska

🐻 WE CAME TO ALASKA TO SEE BEARS… AND OUR BEAR VIEWING TRIP GOT CANCELLED! ✈️🏔️ My best friends came to visit us in Alaska, so we decided to tackle one of the BIGGEST bucket-list experiences: flying in a small plane to Lake Clark National Park to see wild bears in their natural habitat! 🐻✈️ But… Alaska had other plans. 🌧️ The weather changed, and unfortunately, our bear-viewing excursion was cancelled because it wasn’t safe to fly. My friends were still able to explore Lake Clark National Park, and they got THE MOST INCREDIBLE footage! 🐻🐻🐻 They saw bears with their cubs, breathtaking mountains, dramatic landscapes, and some truly unbelievable Alaska scenery. Watching their footage honestly made me even more excited to hopefully do this experience myself someday! But we weren’t going to let a cancelled bear tour ruin our day. 😉 We pivoted! ☕ We grabbed coffee 🥾 Hiked the Mount Gordon Lyons Trail 🌼 Saw tons of wildflowers 🏔️ Hiked through beautiful valleys with mountain views ❄️ Found snow in the middle of summer 🦔 Saw my FIRST wild porcupine 🐻 And then… we ended up seeing FOUR BEARS on our drive home!
