Chandana charchita neela kalevara pita vasana

"Chandana Charchita" (also known as "Haririha Mugdha") is the 4th Ashtapadi from Jayadeva's 12th-century Sanskrit classic Gita Govinda. In this verse, Radha's companion describes Krishna — his dark blue form smeared in sandalwood, dressed in yellow silk, garlanded with wildflowers — playfully enjoying himself among the gopis of Brindavan.
