Well...this news came out of nowhere for me, didn’t it. This almost feels lost among the relentless flurry of awful shit that’s happened this year, but nevertheless I wanted to say a thing or two. This...this sucks. It really does. The man was genuinely inventive with the sort of shit he could pull off on guitar, hell he basically carried most of the band’s songs. I don’t feel like totally neglecting VH’s missteps just because they’ve lost a member - I still think GHVH was a mistake and a waste of time and resources - but I can’t deny the sheer influence he’s had on rock music. So here’s one of the better songs and most memorable guitar lines in this game, done and uploaded in his memory. Rest easy, Eddie.
