A complete description of the Sansha Military Outpost, a DED-rated combat signature found in 0.9 security or higher systems throughout the eastern regions of Amarr space. This includes the regions of Domain, Tash-Murkon, Devoid, and Derelik. This can be a good site for newer pilots to test their PvE combat skills.
