Cities across America are ending their Flock camera contracts. In Denver, Kenosha and Syracuse, the new plate readers come from Axon, the company behind the Taser. Its newest one, Lightpost, does not need a pole of its own: it hangs from the streetlight, takes the streetlight's power, and its hub even switches the lamp on and off.
